Recently our school was able to participate in the annual Rotary Speech Preliminary Competition. Asher Whitehead (Room 58) and Katya Horrocks (Room 31) delivered their speeches exceptionally well and were amongst some of the top Year 7-8 speakers across the North Shore. Asher was selected as one of the top 6 speakers on the night and went on to compete at the grand final at the Pupuke Golf Club. He was acknowledged for his forward- thinking topic on why schools should embrace the use of AI.
Congratulations to both Asher and Katya!
