Recently we had the privilege of holding our NX Speech Finals and hearing from the top two speakers from every team. It was wonderful to hear a wide variety of topics and all speeches were presented with enthusiasm and skill. Our judges, English teachers from Long Bay College and Rangitoto College, and Mark Jensen (Drama Teacher at NX) had a tough task to decide the winners. We are pleased to announce that the following two students will go on to represent Northcross at the Rotary Preliminaries in a few weeks.
1st: Asher Whitehead- AI should be allowed in schools
2nd: Katya Horrocks- Why technology has made teenagers more isolated.
