Over the last week, we raised money for the Ronald McDonald House Charities, which is an organisation that helps families with children –who have serious illnesses– in Starship Hospital. We had a successful Bake Sale and a Raffle and raised a whopping $635.50 for this amazing cause. Our friends and some incredible people from Totara came in and put their precious time into baking goods to sell for our Bake Sale. We wanted to raise money for RMHC because we knew how many families were out there, not being able to afford some hefty costs to support their child in these hard moments in time. It’s such an amazing cause to raise money for and we’re glad we raised as much money as we did.
