Our U45 boys rugby team represented Northcross with pride at the recent North Harbour Rugby U45kg Zone Day. They competed against five strong teams in a tough round robin tournament, with no final match to determine the winner, first place would go to the team with the most points. Throughout the day, the competition was intense and came right down to the wire in a crucial game against Rosmini and Northcross, with Northcross coming away with the win to secure their place at the Auckland Championships.
It was a fantastic outing filled with determination, teamwork, and resilience. We are incredibly proud of the boys for not only their performances on the field, but also the outstanding sportsmanship they showed throughout the day. A huge thank you also goes to all the parents, supporters, and organisers whose encouragement and hard work helped make the day such a success for our players.
