Northcross was proud to be able to host the International Chemistry Quiz as an extension opportunity again this year. A total of 75 Year 7 and 72 Year 8 students took part. We are pleased to congratulate the following Year 7 students who achieved high distinction: Alexander Carter, Jason Chen, Victor Chen, Anxia Fu, Raymond He, Nicole Ni, Margarita Qiao, Kora Ren, Felicia Yu, and Emily Zhou. A further 24 students received a distinction. In Year 8 the following students received high distinction: Ella Gao, Jamie He, Liho Kim, Eric Liu, Lucas Liu, Shawn Park, Aliyar Runithi, Tina Wang, and Felix Zhang, with a further 38 students receiving distinctions. Finally, a first at Northcross, we had three students receive an excellence award for a perfect 100% score!
