Last week 21 NX students competed in the Auckland Secondary Schools Rogaine Event at Stoneybrook Farm, Waimauku. The conditions were extremely muddy however all NX students gave of their best and competed well. Two NX team were placed; Warren Van Staden and Xavier Turner were 1st in the Year7/8 boys competition and Georgia Stanton and Mia Balmer were 3rd in the girls competition (photo above).
Jake Hamblyn belatedly received his 2nd place medal for last term’s Sprint Series Final.
