Northcross in a World Final for Future Problem Solving

Northcross had 2 teams competing in the Virtual International Competition on 11th June. The topic that they had to research was Neurotechnology. The teams sat a 2 hour exam, demonstrating their knowledge and research. Once the exam was complete they then had to dramatise the last step in the 6 step process and that was the Plan of Action.

The results are as follows: Madeline Bennett, Katie Huang, Ella Aguas and Isabel Brenna came 11th in the Middle Division and 5th in the Dramatics. There were 73 teams competing in the Middle Division. Sofia Sherbakova, Jasmine Liu, Libby Sheleg and Ella Kirkpatrick came 16th out of 73 teams. Considering that last year they competed as a Junior team and this year they become a Middle team is fantastic. Northcross was the highest scoring teams for NZ in the Middle Division.

A great result from a brilliant bunch of girls.
