Tuesday 15 June saw 24 Primary schools bring over 240 students to Northcross to compete in our inaugral Junior Mathex Competition. In this fast paced Maths problem solving competition, students compete in teams of four to solve 20 maths problems in 30 minutes. This year, we we had an amazing 60 teams entered from schools like Glamorgan, Torbay and Oteha Valley to as far north as Matakana and as far south as Birkenhead Primary School.
A massive congratulations to Oteha Valley Primary who placed first and third and Kristin School who placed second.
