On Wednesday 23 June 27 students from Northcross competed at Muriwai Beach in the Auckland Secondary Schools Orienteering Championship. Harry Borton completed the Championship Course in a blistering 30 minutes, fifteen minutes before his closest rival! An impressive 1st placing for Harry. Alena Oparina was placed 2nd in the Girls Standard course and Callum Hill 3rd in the Boys Standard. Thirteen Northcross students were placed in the top 10. All in all, a successful day for Orienteering and Northcross.
