This year we were thrilled to have Georgina O’Connell from Room 55 awarded a winner in this nationwide competition in the 11 and under category. The 2022 theme was ‘A Personal Story’’ and there were over 180 entries this year. Georgina was the youngest winner selected and had the honour of reading her winning poem in the Hall of Memories at Auckland Museum in a special ceremony on ANZAC day. Well done, Georgina!
