In late Term Three we welcomed author, Graci Kim, to speak to our entire school about what is possible when you never give up. Graci is a former diplomat and the New York Times bestselling author of the Gifted Clans and Dreamslinger series, fantasy novels inspired by Korean mythology. Many of our students are fans of her books and her visit definitely increased interest in reading amongst our students.
Graci shared details about her path to becoming an author, her passion for storytelling, and the importance of learning from your failures and continuing to believe in yourself. Our audience were enthralled by her dynamic delivery and sense of humour as she shared the ups and downs of her journey. We were certainly all inspired!
