Last week we held our much-anticipated NX Speech Finals where finalists from each team across the school presented their speeches to a large audience of their peers and judges. We had the opportunity to listen to speeches on a diverse range of topics and the standard was exceptionally high. Our judges, Liz Bailey from Long Bay College, Anna Taylor from Rangitoto College, and NX teachers Mark Jensen and Tracey Pickford had a difficult task on their hands in selecting the winners.
