This year FPS was back having a Nationals Weekend at Carey Park on 27-29 October Four Northcross teams were invited to the Nationals. The topic was “Throw Away Society”. The following teams attended:
Year 8:

Team 2: Alan Liu, Alex Xiao, Andy Yang, Vincent Xu
Year 7:
Team 1: Jonathan Xu, Yigu Ye, Izzy Carmichael, Jason Hao
Team 2: Katherine Arnold, Yuto Han, Dalveena Kiranjeet Singh, Daniel Thompson
The following team got placings:
- Y7 Team 1: Jonathon Xu, Yigu Ye, Izzy Carmichael, Jason Hao – 1st placing in the exam competition. This team is invited to the International Competition at Indiana University June 2024
- Y8 Team 2: Alan Liu, Alex Xiao, Andy Yang, Vincent Xu – 2nd placing in the exam competition. This team is invited to the International Competition at Indiana University June 2024
- Y8 Team 1: Karry Gong, Gabby Talbot, Harini Nellipudi, Sophia Brandoline – 3rd placing in the exam competition and the dramatic presentation.
- Y7 Team 2: Katherine Arnold, Yuto Han, Dalveena Kiranjeet Singh, Daniel Thompson- 3rd placing in dramatic presentation.
