Recently a team of 15 keen Northcross Intermediate students attended the Auckland Primary and Intermediate School Snowsport Champs at Silverdale Snowplanet. It was a tough day of racing in both Slalom and Freestyle events for Skiing and Snowboarding with some fierce competition.
All our NX athletes competed with strength and determination and did Northcross proud.
Ethan Radford and Rourke de Bruin both achieved podium finishes in the Intermediate Snowboard Freestyle finishing 2nd and 3rd place respectively and thus ensuring Northcross took home 2nd place in the Snowboard Competition for all Auckland Intermediate schools
