On Monday 28th July, seven of our NX students took part in the Tough Guy and Gal Challenge held at Kumeu Showgrounds. Despite the cold start, the day was clear and sunny, providing ideal conditions for the event. With TC, the MC clown, entertaining our students and motivating them along the way, the students set off on the course with a variety of challenging obstacles. Showing perseverance and resilience throughout the whole course our students were faced with swamp crossings, net climbs, tunnels and hurdles. It was a fantastic opportunity to push themselves outside their comfort zones, support one another with great enthusiasm, and represent our school with pride.
