At SQUAD, we offer a premium holiday programme for girls and boys aged 10-13 yrs. A sports focussed programme filled with team games and drills, activities, combine testing and more, delivered in a safe and fun environment for the kids in our community.
We have created a programme that utilises the premium facilities, resources and equipment at Westlake Boys High School. We engage the senior Future Sport students as our Student Coach Facilitators, providing relevant and engaging coaches for those that attend!
We have developed an awesome Combine module where participants get to test their speed, agility, and technique in a safe environment, receiving tips, tricks and coaching from qualified trainers and coaches. Each student is provided a personalised profile with their results, and we follow this up with some strength and conditioning tips to keep those keen to progress, on track! This unique aspect of the programme can provide young people with an opportunity to test and progress against their individual benchmarks.
