Eleven of our best Cricketers ventured down to Freyburg park to compete in the North Harbour zone day. In perfect cricketing conditions, our boys played two matches where they were impressive with both bat and ball. With smaller boundaries than we are used to, we were able to smash an impressive 242 runs in our first innings, steering us into the final against Mahurangi. Due to lack of time the final game was limited to 16 overs for each innings but the NX boys still managed to notch up 180 runs. Impressively they were able to defend this total comfortably which made them the overall winners of the NH Zone day. Congratulations to all the boys, you should all be very proud of yourself.
